About Project H.E.L.P.

Project H.E.L.P. San Antonio (Humanity Evolves from Loving People) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that provides a hands-on servicing experience dedicated to providing necessities for the houseless and less fortunate and developing educational and mentorship opportunities for underserved communities throughout San Antonio.

Project H.E.L.P.’s mission is to inspire local and national movements to make a difference and turn humanity into action by helping those in need. Additionally, we focus on empowering volunteers to take a more active role in engaging their communities and have fun doing it.

Project H.E.L.P. Chapters are a registered 501(c)3 – 84-4009222 Non-Profit Organization. Please visit each respective location for additional information.

Our Locations

It was always bigger than us. It was always bigger than just San Antonio…. When Project H.E.L.P. was founded in October 2019, we never imagined expanding anywhere else. So soon that is.

I mean, we knew had something beyond dope - a Party for Humanity - we knew that. But adding 2 more cities by Year 2. Adding 2 more extended families willing to carry the selfless burden of service for those who need it much more - beyond blessed.

In September 2020, the city of Atlanta raised the H.E.L.P. flag and immediately solidified itself as a necessary staple in the city and the perfect model for organizational expansion. February 2021. Houston followed suit and brought their version of Lone Star Humanity.

And this is simply the beginning of Hearts Across the Nation. The best part: Humanity Evolves from Loving People has no zip code, no neighborhood or borders ; it’s located wherever the people are. Wherever the love is. We’re simply an extension of that idea. It’s just that simple.

Literacy is an important tool for combating homelessness. It's well documented that children who grow up with access to books have greater literacy, educational & life outcomes. Reading helps youth imagine different places & perspectives and for some, it also helps them escape their current reality.
