Thank you to everyone who served those experiencing homelessness alongside us in 2021! We were so blessed reflecting on how Project H.E.L.P. Atlanta, our sponsors and supporters were able to impact the community we all call home. Last year, along with providing meals, we did our part in aiding vulnerable communities with COVID-19 relief. Our partnership with Walmart allowed us to provide onsite vaccinations, health education and wellness kits to those experiencing homelessness.
We made health care a huge priority at events as we believe EVERYONE should have the opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle and have access to healthcare resources. This was evident in our partnership with Mercy Care who performed health screenings for our neighbors, allowing them to make informed decisions about their health. Additionally, in partnership with Graham Packaging Company, we were able to help three individuals secure jobs to create a sustainable future for themselves.
In 2022, we plan to build upon the momentum of career development, add a focus on mental health, and prioritize the women and children in our community. We can’t wait for you all to be a part of our mission in more ways than one! Whether through volunteering your time, monetary donations from sponsors, supplies from partners, or support and encouragement from friends and family - It is all welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for all that you do, and we can’t wait to serve this year!
